About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Diabetes team at Medtronic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diabetes products and services to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls to promote and sell Medtronic Diabetes products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Implement quarterly sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to educate healthcare professionals on the importance of intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring.
  • Provide product and therapy technical support and service to customers.
  • Manage territory finances, including controlling expenses, product returns, and inventory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to establish a solid base of business.
  • Participate in community organizations and patient support groups to establish Medtronic as a leader in diabetes products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of three years prior sales experience and working knowledge of company services and products.
  • Field sales experience highly preferred.
  • Prior medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred.
