Residential Sales Territory Manager

As a Sales Territory Manager with Engineered Floors, LLC, you will be responsible for selling flooring products and building customer relationships in the North Bay, Santa Rosa area. This role requires efficient and effective coverage and management of accounts in the assigned geographic area, with a focus on increasing sales and building a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and build a loyal customer base
- Develop knowledge and enthusiasm for product lines to effectively communicate with customers
- Inform District or Regional Manager of potential problems or issues of concern
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Exhibit excellent presentation and sales skills with organized, efficient account management
- Use technical skills to operate a paperless management of sales and accounts
- Submit all reports and inquiry responses accurately and on-time
Requirements:
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Outside sales experience required; experience in industry sales preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Proficiency with applicable technology
- Fluent in spoken and written English
