Job Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving district sales targets and managing all resources, including clinical support and field sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead the identification of business opportunities
  • Build and foster client relationships
  • Ensure effective sales of NEVRO's products to meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals
  • Manage fiscal budgetary responsibility
  • Initiate and evaluate corporate pricing agreements with customers
  • Create business plans and ensure proper execution
  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and potential customers
  • Submit periodic reports detailing activities/sales volumes/training needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of medical device or medical products sales experience
  • Proven sales experience and accomplishments in Ortho, Spine, Pain, or O.R. experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Leadership and motivation skills
  • Goal setting and implementation skills
  • Basic computer skills
