Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls, resolving common customer concerns and providing accurate information.
  • Enter customer order information into our Customer Relationship Management database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Process documentation requests for initial orders, renewals, and addendums, meeting monthly performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Ability to multitask, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
