Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team in Valencia, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, resolving common customer concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle an average of 75 customer calls per shift, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Accurately enter customer order information into our Customer Relationship Management database.
  • Process documentation requests for initial orders, renewals, and addendums.
  • Meet monthly performance expectations as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer calls.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English, Spanish preferred.
