Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team in Valencia, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer service calls, resolving common customer concerns, and accurately entering customer order information into our Customer Relationship Management database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle an average of 75 customer service calls per shift
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter customer order information into our CRM database
  • Process documentation requests for initial orders, renewals, and addendums
  • Meet monthly performance expectations as assigned by Management
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English; Spanish preferred
