About the Role

Alamance Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join its team as a Clinical Specialist in Telemetry and Stroke Care. This role requires a strong background in critical care, particularly in telemetry and stroke management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level care to patients with complex medical conditions, focusing on telemetry and stroke management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and identify areas for improvement in patient care.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a current state license as a registered nurse and a minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care, preferably in a telemetry or stroke unit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
  • Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Float requirement: Candidate may be required to work at other Cone Health facilities.
