Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and underwrite commercial real estate mortgage transactions and structured financing solutions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of transactions and counterparties, advising on internal risk ratings and establishing credit limits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess transactions, ensure comprehensive documentation, and mitigate default risks.
- Act as a representative for the Credit Risk Management team during deal structuring negotiations.
