Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of customer support engineers specializing in Axway's MFT and VA solutions.
  • Provide training and mentoring to ensure the support team is knowledgeable about Axway's MFT and VA products, common issues, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, knowledge sharing, and excellence within the support team.
  • Regularly conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions with your direct reports.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner, and that all customer feedback is gathered and used to drive continuous improvement. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and to contribute to the development of our knowledge base and case solutions.
