Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments with clients.
  • Implement a customer follow-up system that promotes repeat business and enhances satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product updates, features, and inventory to better assist customers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and adhere to directives.
  • Set personal objectives aligned with the dealership's productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as necessary.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
