Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and HR business partners. You will also be responsible for triaging issues, logging cases, and providing solutions to meet the needs of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to employees, managers, and HR business partners.
  • Triage issues and escalate to Tier 2 specialists for resolution.
  • Log cases into the case management system (Service Now) accurately and timely.
  • Identify and assess employee needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Use procedures, policies, and knowledge databases to assist in answering inquiries.
  • Liaise with partners such as Benefits, Shared Services, and Payroll to ensure accurate information is provided to employees.
  • Navigate employees through the process of benefit enrollment.
  • Support inquiries regarding company initiatives, natural disasters, and annual programs.
  • Ensure employee data in HRIS is accurate and current.
  • Create offer letters and other correspondence.
  • Partner with HR functions to implement various programs and documentation.
  • Coordinate and update pre-employment status, including badge access and orientation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
  • Strong ability to work with a team and build relationships throughout the organization.
  • General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and/or software applications related to job functions.
Preferred Qualities
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, and facilitation of strong working relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
