Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications.
- Collaborate with departments to identify areas where technology can enhance business operations.
- Evaluate current technology effectiveness and suggest improvements for increased productivity or enhanced user experience.
- Analyze benefits and costs for proposed enhancements and upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, service delivery, and contract compliance.
- Work with vendors to establish product roadmaps for ongoing application enhancements.
- Provide leadership and feedback to ensure team success.
- Coordinate with the Director of IT Operations to align services with organizational strategies.
- Organize meetings at various organizational levels leveraging technology for content delivery.
- Collaborate with IT Operations team to solve complex technical problems.
- Resolve customer support issues within designated timelines.
- Conduct routine user access audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and guide staff on their implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field; or equivalent 10+ years of IT experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in application development management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective in facilitating communication between IT and business operations.
- Proficient in application program code and design review.
