Job Overview

As a Front Desk Supervisor with Sage Hospitality Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office. You will be responsible for supervising front office staff, responding to guest inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the front desk team to ensure efficient operation and excellent guest service.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train and develop front office staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest accounts and hotel operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1 or more years of experience in a related position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
