Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Sage Hospitality Group. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including guest accounts and hotel reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
