Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Sage Hospitality. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Train and develop the skills of front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
