Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Curtis Hotel. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising front office staff, ensuring an efficient operation, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front desk team to ensure optimal service and hospitality to guests.
  • Train, direct, and coach front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, management, and team members.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and computerized systems.
