Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Embassy Suites Denver. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and hospitality
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and cash handling
