Your Role: As a Clinical Product Support Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in the enhancement and evolution of our product offerings. You will provide immediate technical assistance to field support teams and call center personnel across North America.

This position is part of the Global Product Technical Support Team and is based onsite. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to revolutionize healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address technical inquiries and offer email support to international field team members.
  • Analyze and interpret field-generated data to advise on problem resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between the Field Service team and Development, participating in project teams for new product innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, FDA, and company policies through accurate record-keeping.
  • Develop support strategies, provide constructive feedback on product documentation, and maintain training records within a learning management system.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, medical diagnostics, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience.
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to medical devices and their integration into IT lab systems.
  • Proven expertise in addressing middleware issues concerning message processing and connectivity.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 25% or less.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Oracle Business Intelligence, Windows, and Linux-based systems.
