Job Title:
Data Modeler and Developer II

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler and Developer II to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. As a key member of our Client Services organization, you will be responsible for providing production support for critical platforms and reporting tools, focusing on applications and data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support for critical platforms and reporting tools, focusing on applications and data warehouses.
Engage with Client Service leadership to develop and deliver strategic plans for support infrastructure and capacity, including resourcing, process optimization, and tool development.
Lead, participate in, and deliver ideation and scope definition workshops, value propositions, business cases, functional roadmaps, and project plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
Help implement the strategy and roadmap for Client Services reporting and application infrastructure, including analysis support.
Assist in streamlining and automating data collection, management, and analysis for business benefits.
Work in cross-functional teams to tackle complex company-wide goals and deliver meaningful results.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
Experience with project management principles.
Continuous improvement experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or equivalent (SAP, Sage, etc.).
Required experience with relational databases and SQL languages (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Experience with ETL tools such as SQL Integration Services (SSIS) and/or Informatica Cloud.
Required experience in data visualization tools (e.g., SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, OBIEE, Spotfire, Tableau).
Experience automating business processes with tools such as MS Power Automate and/or UI Path Studio.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Smartsheet, Access Databases, SharePoint, VM Server management, and basic maintenance.
Python development experience.
Web development experience (e.g., HTML, PHP, Java).
Experience with Oracle APEX (Application Express).
3-5 years of relevant experience.
