Sr. Sales Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Sales Manager to join our team at MTU America Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a similar industry.
  3. Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Work Environment:

Normal office conditions with occasional travel required.
