Position Title: Oracle ERP Cloud - Technical Lead

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Work Arrangement: Remote (candidates must reside in Eastern or Central time zones)

Contract Duration: 6-12 months

Role Overview:

The Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Lead plays a pivotal role within RCM Technologies, Inc. This position is focused on providing support for implementation and upgrade initiatives surrounding Oracle ERP and its associated technologies, specifically for clients in the Life Sciences sector, including Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical and developmental guidance on key Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Convert business needs into detailed technical design documents and configuration specifications.
  • Ensure that implementation solutions align with architectural goals such as availability, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Create custom solutions and configure Oracle ERP to fulfill business requirements.
  • Facilitate integration of Oracle ERP with other cloud and on-premises applications and data sources.
  • Provide estimates and timelines for delivering functionalities based on business needs.
  • Regularly update the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and any obstacles encountered.
  • Offer expert advice on functionality and implementation strategies for Oracle ERP.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of global experience in implementing or supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and/or Supply Chain, with a strong preference for experience in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle ERP products, particularly in Workflows, Conversions, Integrations, and Reports.
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JDeveloper, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, Visual Builder Cloud Service, OIC, FBDI, ADFDi, and Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Data Conversion processes.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Report Writing and Data Extraction.
  • Expertise in Web Services, including the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).
  • Proven skills in requirements gathering, analysis, application design, testing, and supporting end users in a business context.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in an agile delivery environment, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications in Infrastructure, Platform as a Service, or Cloud Applications are advantageous.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
