Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a worldwide team in the design, development, launch, and ongoing support of Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and document comprehensive solution designs tailored for Salesforce.
  • Facilitate the transition of solution designs to development teams responsible for implementation.
  • Create detailed configuration specifications documentation for technical teams.
  • Oversee customer communications, addressing conflicts and negotiations related to architectural design.
  • Develop Proof of Concept for specific architectural and integration concepts.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the Configuration and Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Generate technical requirements to inform Salesforce solution design.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM and Service Cloud business scenarios.
  • Proficient in Service Cloud functionalities including Case routing, Email to Case, Web to Case, and Omni Channel, as well as LWC, Apex, and Integrations.
  • 6+ years of experience in senior technical lead or architectural roles within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with at least 3 Salesforce projects.
  • Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX, and hands-on coding experience with Flows, Triggers, Migration Tool, APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Templates, and Web Services.
  • Experience in customized Salesforce Service Cloud integration with CTI, ERP, and legacy systems.
