Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver implementations for enterprise-level customers using Salesforce products.
  • Manage onshore and offshore teams of developers, admins, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.
  • Identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
  • Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs.
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in web services (preferably both REST and SOAP) and other integration methods newly introduced in SFDC with 2 years of Team Lead experience.
  • Development using Standard Salesforce and platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, components).
  • Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML.
  • Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition services. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering implementations for enterprise-level customers using Salesforce products. You will manage onshore and offshore teams of developers, admins, business analysts, and project managers, and troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of CRM processes including Architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/workshops, and complete solution architecture definition. You will collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture, including data flow and integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.

You will also be responsible for developing visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude, and providing industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce. Additionally, you will help to resolve, mitigate technical/architecture issues, and risks as they arise, and develop detailed configuration specifications documentation for ready use by the technical team.
