Job Description

At Centraprise, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of technical architecture, including data flow and integration with other enterprise solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed configuration specifications documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in the development of technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Participate in the development of architecture roadmaps, prototyping, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Perform health checks and assessments of Salesforce orgs.
  • Prepare Salesforce configuration workbooks and support project managers in defining overall solutions and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Salesforce architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce certifications and architecture.
