The Primrose School of St. Louis Park West is in search of a dedicated Director for our esteemed preschool program. This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional early childhood education and care services to the families we support. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and solution-oriented individual with outstanding communication abilities. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing the future generation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of preschool management, including health and safety protocols, enrollment processes, financial oversight, staffing, training, campus administration, and the provision of high-quality educational experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and external partners.
- Manage financial budgets, licensing requirements, and marketing strategies.
- Promote a safe and enjoyable work culture in a fast-paced environment.
- Be capable of performing essential functions across various roles within the preschool, including leadership positions and teaching responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a directorial role within a licensed childcare facility.
- Robust knowledge of state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management.
- Proven organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in overseeing preschool operations, including human resources, quality assurance, and facility management.
- A successful track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining staff.
- Strong dedication to building positive relationships with families and the community.
Each Primrose school operates as a privately owned franchise, with the Franchise Owner serving as the employer. Wage and benefit programs are determined by individual Franchise Owners and may vary.
