Position Overview/Job Duties:
The role involves supporting the lead teacher in a VPK classroom for 4-year-olds during half-day morning and afternoon sessions. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom setup and maintenance, as well as supporting the teacher in managing classroom activities and student engagement, particularly during learning center activities and group sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following beliefs:

- The necessity of partnering with staff to improve practices that foster student and family engagement, ensuring equity and excellence;

Candidates should have prior experience working with preschool-aged children. Strong communication skills and experience in positive behavior management with young learners are essential.
