SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a Project Administrative Assistant for our Solar Operating Group in Pueblo, CO with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Knowledge of the IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) regulations is a plus. Must be bi-lingual.

PLEASE NOTE: This position is not a remote position. You would be onsite every day.


The base compensation range for this role is $



Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity.



RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an ability to work independently or with little supervision.

Perform regular administrative tasks and overall office organization

  • Coordinate and set up meetings; manage calendar, schedule travel for designated leadership
  • Schedule travel, equipment, workstations, and onboarding for new hires
  • Process expenses for designated leadership
  • Equipment and supply management, including laptops and hardware
  • Set up, organize, and manage filing systems
  • Manage document preparation, record keeping, and filing
  • Proofread and performed quality inspections of communications and documents
  • Prepare billings and invoices as needed
  • Oversee shipping and invoices as needed

Understand the operating group and company resources

  • Risk Management
  • Preconstruction
  • Human Resources
  • Legal
  • Environmental Health and Safety
  • ITS

Assist Operating Group Team Members with miscellaneous duties.

Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Detail orientation and proofreading ability
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to be flexible as needed
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point;
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Proven positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Minimum three years of administrative support experience
  • Construction-related business experience preferred
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, and timekeeping preferred
