POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Financial Analyst/Manager within the Financial Planning & Analysis division plays a crucial role in the preparation, validation, and analysis of both local and corporate management reporting. This position supports various financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting, while providing essential business partnership to the Sales & Marketing Senior Directors and product leads. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring presence in the office three days a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and refine financial models and analyses to enhance collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages for sales, gross margin, and profit & loss statements, including variance analyses.
  • Compile and oversee the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for Sales, Cost of Sales, Gross Margin, and overall Profit & Loss.
  • Validate monthly activities for corporate management reporting.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reporting tools.
  • Conduct analysis and data mining using SAP and BW reporting tools.
  • Assist in maintaining key financial master data within SAP.
  • Provide support to FP&A team members on various financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Facilitate the harmonization of processes and reporting across different markets.
  • Engage in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
  • Proven finance professional with over seven years of experience in a product-based company or professional services environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated efficiency and independence in work, maintaining high accuracy and productivity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion, SmartView, BEX Analyzer, and BW reporting tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Finance or Accounting background; MBA and/or CPA credentials are advantageous.
