Job Summary

This full-time, in-person position will support the SBC Operations and Compliance Manager in managing the SBC portfolio and processes, performing client outreach, and coordinating with state agencies and other departments within the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the SBC Operations and Compliance Manager in managing the SBC portfolio and processes.
  • Conduct compliance-related outreach to SBC clients regarding cannabis licensing, seed to sale tracking, annual questionnaires, investigations, and other regulatory matters.
  • Coordinate with state agencies and other departments within the Bank to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Research and analyze compliance-related issues and regulatory updates to ensure the Bank's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and resolve compliance system alerts to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to commute to the Medford office on a daily basis, with the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience in the banking/financial services/compliance and/or cannabis industry preferred.
