Aledade is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Development Sales Lead to drive growth and expansion of our independent primary care network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand our network in key markets.

This role requires a consultative and empathetic approach to recruit practices to participate in government and commercial value-based care contracts with the backing of Aledade's industry expertise, hands-on support, and proprietary technology and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective practices in a consultative manner to evaluate fit and secure commitment to participate in government and commercial value-based care contracts.
  • Extend and negotiate participation agreements using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign software.
  • Coordinate with field teams to generate referrals and leverage reference sites and Aledade experts to support network development.
  • Participate in state and regional strategy development sessions.
  • Provide key input and identify best practices with the market and across other regions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms.
