Job Title: Network Development Sales Lead

The Network Development Sales Lead plays a pivotal role in driving Aledade's growth by building relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand the company's network in key markets. This role serves as an empathetic and consultative accountable care expert, responsible for recruiting practices to participate in government and commercial value-based care contracts with the backing of Aledade's industry expertise, hands-on support, and proprietary technology and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective practices in a consultative manner to evaluate fit and secure commitment to participate in value-based care contracts, with a focus on achieving annual growth targets.
  • Negotiate participation agreements using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign software, capturing knowledge and documenting notes, activities, attachments, and updates on recruitment progress within shared systems.
  • Coordinate with field teams to generate referrals and leverage reference sites and Aledade experts to support network development.
  • Participate in state and regional strategy development sessions to drive growth and expansion.
  • Provide key input and identify best practices with the market and across other regions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned accounts, as needed, with the support of a team of Outreach Specialists.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development, particularly in primary care physician practices.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments that require ingenuity, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
