Strategic Business Leader for Luxury Resorts

As a seasoned General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the property, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation.
Strategic LeadershipYou will verify the implementation of service strategy and initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations, increase profit, and market share. Your objectives and goals will align with Marriott's brand positioning and success.
Talent Management and Organizational CapabilityYou will create a cohesive and high-performance Executive Committee, coach them, and hold them accountable for performance. You will also ensure effective work processes, systems, and teamwork are in place to maximize individual and overall property performance.
Business Information AnalysisYou will review business-related data, such as market share, financial performance, inventory, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will also work with Human Resources to maximize employee engagement and monitor the local labor environment.
Revenue ManagementYou will work with the Revenue Management team to develop effective pricing strategies, balancing seasonality, economy, customer segments, property objectives, and customer satisfaction. You will also establish a revenue strategy that supports the hotel's positioning in the local market.
Customer and Public Relations ManagementYou will utilize guest/customer feedback to recognize outstanding employee service performance and improve service delivery. You will also establish a presence in the market by actively promoting an exemplary property/brand image, involving yourself in the local community, and developing strategic alliances with local officials, businesses, and customers.
Company/Brand Policy, Procedures, and Standards ComplianceYou will verify property compliance with legal, safety, operations, labor, and Marriott brand product and service standards. You will also conduct routine and short-notice quality assurance audits with specific departments and ensure building, public areas, kitchen, and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and meet or exceed guest expectations.
