Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Assistant General Manager in interviewing and hiring hourly staff, providing on-the-job training, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate Front-of-House functions, including Guest Services, Servers, Bartenders, Runners, and Concessions.
  • Provide excellent guest experience and oversee the quality and consistency of service, food, and beverage.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, deliver team sales goals, and current promotions.
  • Ensure maximization of sales by auditing sales staff and setting daily and weekly goals via KPI boards and take ones.
  • Review sales numbers and goals regularly, making operations adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage and supervise In-Seat Dining, auditorium sales, and guest experience.
  • Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and in proper working order, adhering to company cleaning policy.
  • Perform daily opening, mid, and closing operation duties.
  • Assist the General Manager with various tasks, reports, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Support special and private events as needed.
  • Practice proactive guest management, recognizing opportunities before they occur, resolving issues, and leaving guests with a positive experience.
  • Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Human Resources regarding employee issues and complaints.
  • Partner with the Regional Projectionist on film ingestion, maintenance, transferring, building playlists in the LMS, and resolving system issues.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of bar and restaurant management experience required.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
  • Full-service background, restaurant knowledge, including inventory control and operations.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
