Experience the Art of Luxury Sales

At Fontainebleau, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our luxury brand and its products
  2. Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
  3. Effectively utilize mobile devices to communicate with customers and expand business
  4. Work to develop long-term customer relationships
  5. Maximize store cross-selling opportunities
  6. Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor and stock area
  7. Understand and comply with inventory control procedures
  8. Achieve department goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of luxury sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to effectively work autonomously and as a team player
  • Understanding of point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
