Job Description

Marriott International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our property operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including food and beverage operations, sales and marketing strategy, profitability, revenue generation, and human resources activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Profitability: Manage controllable costs associated with rooms, housekeeping, events, and food and beverage operations to ensure profitability.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new revenue streams to drive growth and increase profitability.
  • Human Resources: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all employees are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in property operations, sales and marketing, and revenue generation.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
What We Offer

Marriott International Inc offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
