As a key partner to our Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and Corporate Investor Relations teams, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with investment professionals and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with investment professionals to stay abreast of their current coverage responsibilities and investment ideas/theses that factor into a corporate access strategy.
- Corporate Access Management: Partner with the Head of Corporate Relations, U.S. Origination to strategize and advance a Corporate Relations program which consistently adds value to the investment process.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute corporate access events, including one-off meetings, conferences, thematic summits, and bespoke research trips.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact with company management teams to request and secure meetings for our investment professionals, representing T. Rowe Price in an appropriate and compelling manner.
- Knowledge Management: Develop a robust knowledge of T. Rowe Price's global funds and strategies to strategically market corporate relations events and educate Investor Relations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years' experience in financial services, either sell-side corporate access, research sales or investor relations experience is desirable.
- Skills: Proven ability to influence and develop relationships with key stakeholders that lead to positive outcomes, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong client/customer service orientation.
