Job Title: Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Akahi Associates, LLC. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Answer phone calls and direct patients to the appropriate department
  • Process patient paperwork and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with medical records management and retrieval
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic medical terminology required
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Work Environment:
