About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative at COLOURS INC, you will play a key role in driving sales and service delivery for our commercial and industrial coatings solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales acumen and account management skills to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all sales and service-related inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales management. You should have a deep understanding of commercial and industrial coatings, including types, applications, and industry standards.

Apart from this, we expect you to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.

Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
