Vestis Uniforms and Workplace Supplies is a leading provider of uniforms and related products to over 400,000 customers nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Development Representative to join our team in Erie, PA.

Job Description

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth. As a Sales Territory Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will also work closely with the sales organization to identify and pursue new business leads.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and excellent driving record are required, as you will be responsible for operating a company vehicle in designated areas.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to provide products and services to clients in a timely manner.
  • Verify daily preventative maintenance of the vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation.
  • Manage daily routes independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Loading and unloading products according to company policies and guidelines.
  • Reviewing invoices daily for complete and accurate information and making corrections as needed.
  • Meting sales goals and promoting overall route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Developing leads and prospects, calling on prospective customers to solicit business, preparing service agreements, and installing new accounts.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact.
  • Strong math and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
