The Client Service Administrator will provide exceptional support to our existing client base, ensuring timely and professional responses to client service requests. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the advisor team, including managing client databases and updating account information.
- Prepare client review summaries and prepare advisors for review meetings.
- Coordinate client appointments and prepare necessary materials.
- Provide exceptional client service and support, including responding to client service requests and building relationships with clients and prospects.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff, and assist with client updates, reports, and mailings.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive management style and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
