Outside Parts Sales Representative

GATR Truck Center is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Waterloo, IA.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving sales of our high-quality parts.
This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Present and promote our range of parts to clients, highlighting the features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the parts, truck, or automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the parts and accessories market is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Successful candidates have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on their sales performance.

We are an authorized Volvo truck, Hino truck, Mack truck, and Kalmar Ottawa dealership serving 5 locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We are also an authorized Hyundai Translead Dry Van Trailer dealer.
