Job Title: Head of Growth

We're seeking a highly strategic and innovative Head of Growth to drive profitable customer acquisition and scale our e-commerce business. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll lead and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel strategy for creative development, media buying, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance measurement methodologies and attribution tools to analyze cross-channel campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead a team of growth marketers to manage acquisition efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to drive revenue and efficiency goals.
  • Manage in-house and external creative teams to develop a pipeline of winning creative that scales.
  • Collaborate with the CRO, digital product, and analytics teams to execute regular experiments across the marketing funnel and optimize conversion rates.
  • Coach and develop talented growth marketers across channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest paid media marketing developments and share insights with the team.


Requirements

  • 7-10 years of direct experience in a lead role scaling an e-commerce brand, ideally with a subscription business.
  • Proven expertise in cross-channel performance measurement and forecasting, MTA tools, incrementality testing, and MMM.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Rigorous creative testing methodology and experience managing in-house performance creative teams.
  • Passion for wellness and beauty is a plus.
