About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing expert to lead our efforts in acquiring new customers and driving channel acquisition growth. As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, developing and managing the acquisition funnel, and collaborating with the product team to refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, content marketing, SEO, etc.)
  • Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage the acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine strategies to deliver value to consumers
  • Drive channel acquisition growth by identifying new messaging, targeting, and capability opportunities
  • Design performance reports and dashboards to evaluate results & influence strategy
  • Collaborate with the creative team to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with customer-centric direction
  • Engage with media partner reps (Meta / Google / LinkedIn / Twitter / TikTok) to mitigate & resolve issues, identify new tests for implementation for full utilization of all the capabilities of the platform
  • Drive innovation by influencing teams across the organization to push the limits of digital strategy
