Job Title: Head of Growth

MeUndies is a Los Angeles-based underwear and loungewear company that has disrupted the $110B industry with its innovative direct-to-consumer model. We're seeking a visionary leader to oversee our Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Over-the-Top (OTT) programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize strategies, and drive ROI.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure alignment on goals and successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Manage and integrate various marketing channels to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Implement testing methodologies to recommend a go-forward plan.
  • Work with the team to deliver innovative creative briefs that produce effective ads.
  • Develop and manage the growth marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and digital channels.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies, particularly in Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, OOH, and OTT.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
