- Analysis and Insights: Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business results and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Leadership Development: Mentor teammates across the organization to support business needs and drive organizational growth.
- Experience: 8-10 years of Human Resources experience in a business partnering capacity, with a focus on workforce planning, long-term vision planning, organization agility and optimization, and executive engagement.
- Skills: Advanced experience in consulting and working with senior leaders to design, develop, and execute human resources strategies and initiatives, including organization design, change management, learning and development, management & leadership capability building, strategic workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, culture and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
