Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Ignite Human Capital. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to leadership, aligning HR practices and policies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement programs aligned with our ownership journey, focusing on learning and development, compensation, and more.
  • Introduce a revised performance management system and develop a new compensation framework.
  • Create a scalable learning and development program that fosters an engaging workplace culture.
  • Champion innovative ideas and oversee the giving committee.
  • Collaborate with Gallup and business leaders to facilitate action planning and focus groups.
  • Conduct regular visits to the Tyler operation and lead training and development sessions for leaders.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Texas.
  • Experience with Lattice is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Employee Relations.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, partnering with senior leaders to address business challenges.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating in-house training for people leaders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
