About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to drive the growth and success of our Engineered Products business. As the President, you will be responsible for leading our business efforts to drive growth, operational excellence, and build a premier culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership experience, ideally with a record as a P&L leader within an engineered products business. They will possess a growth orientation, understanding how to align market research and Voice of Customer feedback to identify opportunities, align them with business capabilities, and deliver on new product/service initiatives.

The President will work closely with the business leadership team to gain an in-depth knowledge of the business's end-users, channels, products, applications, and supply chain partners to fully understand what drives value and competitive advantage in this space.

The successful candidate will be skilled in casting a vision, creating the strategy to realize that vision, and leading the company through its successful execution. They will be able to manage complexity effectively, set priorities, bring focus, make tough calls on competing initiatives, and drive simplification where possible.

The President will also be responsible for fostering a culture of safety throughout the platform, implementing and owning the change management strategy around the commercial function, and driving proficiency and world-class execution of the organization's Operating Model.

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking while developing and implementing global, multi-year strategic plans
  • Create standard processes across the business and user-friendly systems to capture organizational knowledge
  • Develop a strong and deep talent pool through keen assessment and coaching
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in leadership behaviors and engagement actions
