Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the President of Access Healthcare Services, facilitating efficient coordination of schedules and communication to drive overall effectiveness. This role will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, working cross-functionally and globally with various departments, and playing a key role in general management, leadership, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Management:
    • Establish relationships with senior leaders and drive accountability through project management processes.
    • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings for strategic projects.
    • Manage the President's agendas, focusing on essential business priorities and strategic objectives.
    • Support the President in managing meetings and prioritizing action items, and executing special projects.
    • Create minutes of meetings and track deliverables.
  • Leadership:
    • Exemplify servant leadership by building strong external and internal relationships and holding high ethical standards.
    • Direct and coordinate with other leaders to ensure business unit goals are met.
    • Assume responsibility for timely reporting to senior management.
    • Offer valuable insights and analyses as a strategic advisor to the President, guiding key decision-making processes.
  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Research topics and prepare a point of view at the request of the President.
    • Manage strategic partnerships as directed by the President.
    • Develop plans for projects that require execution.
    • Meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, projects, and activities across all levels within the organization.
  • Infrastructure Platform Development:
    • Update and revise strategic plans based on leadership changes.
    • Implement internal strategies to achieve the company vision and meet objectives.
    • Participate in business and strategic planning, implementation of policies, process improvement, and other activities related to the organization's performance.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, agenda items, talking points, and support in executing corporate initiatives.

Education and Experience:

  • MBA from an accredited institution.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as Chief of Staff for an executive, ideally supporting a CEO or C-level.
