Sales Account Executive

Fort Myers Broadcasting Company, a leading CBS affiliate in Southwest Florida, is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. With its dynamic community and pristine beaches, the region offers an ideal environment for professionals looking to excel in advertising sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing existing accounts with a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Broadening the client base through effective account management and sales strategies
- Developing compelling proposals and presentations to prospective and current clients
- Communicating innovative solutions to decision-makers
- Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records of client information within our CRM system
- Traveling locally to meet with clients and stakeholders
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years' proven sales experience
- The ability to close deals effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- The capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software is highly valued
- A valid driver's license is required
