Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a skilled Business Development/Account Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. As an Account Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This sales role offers the opportunity to develop new accounts, grow existing ones, and manage all facets of the sales process. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to sell our staffing and recruiting services to accounting and finance decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, account management, and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industries and companies in your market, providing valuable services that benefit both parties, and making a significant impact on the business and your career path.

As an Account Development Executive, you can expect a comprehensive training program, ongoing development opportunities, and a chance to advance into division and branch management positions within the company.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business development. You should be able to confidently communicate at all levels, connect with people through social media, email, and phone, and possess a driven, competitive, and self-motivated personality.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission, averaging $70,000 - $80,000 in year one and $80,000 - $110,000 thereafter.
